Arlington residents who mourned the passing of Linda’s Cafe last month will not have to miss out on a counter breakfast after all. Bob and Edith’s, the well known 24-hour diner with two locations in Arlington and one in Alexandria, will now have a fourth location near Hall’s Hill, in Arlington on Lee Highway.
