Sometimes it is hard to tell who is having more fun at the park, the kids or the grandparents. In this case, it was a toss up. Grandfather “Papí” (Elvis) Melo instructed the kids on their bikes and then took off for a victory lap around the park to enjoy the pristine blacktop for himself.
