In an emotional speech to the Alexandria Democratic Committee Del. David Englin (D-45) announced he will not seek a fifth term to the Virginia House of Delegates. Englin acknowledged being unfaithful in his marriage and said he wants time to work on repairing his family. Click here to see the video.
