Offender Aid and Restoration (OAR) is sponsoring Project Christmas Angel to collect toys for the children of incarcerated prisoners in the Arlington Detention Facility, as well as those who have been recently released and/or are active OAR clients. Donation boxes such as the one pictured here at Madison Community Center are located at in non-profit, government and business, civic and faith organizations. Dates for toy collection are October 15-November 15.
