Lisa Polinori, the Unicycle Lady, has been at the Ballston pit stop for Bike to Work Day on May 19 since 6:30 a.m. According to Tim Kelley, the Operations Manager at Freshbikes on Wilson Blvd., they expect 600 people to be coming through their site between 6:30-9:00 am. with about 20% participating for the first time this year. There are 6 pit stop sites located across Arlington County. He says Freshbikes is the educational and outreach element for Arlington government promoting the advantages of bike riding in the county.
